As you may know, I have a family history of breast cancer where my mom passed away from this disease. Back then (30+ years ago?) they didn’t have the information and technology they have now.
This is why I’m so excited to partner with City of Hope OCto talk about their comprehensive Precision Prevention and Early Detection program dedicated “to inform individuals and families of their risk factors based on state-of-the-art technologies.” Risk factors include “genetic risk assessments, biomarker panels, and environmental exposure surveys” (taken from City of Hope OC) Go to: https://www.cityofhope.org/orange-county/breast-cancer-services-at-city-of-hope-orange-county to learn more about breast cancer screening, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, recovery, and more.
Are you or someone you know at risk for breast cancer?
Visit City of Hope OC to find out more info on ways to learn about prevention and early detection! After all, the more we know about our body, the more we know how to treat it and continue living our best healthy lives.
As always, thanks for reading and sending you air hugs!
