Then look no further - cause Chicago is the place to go! Around this time last year, we went here for the first time and this city quickly stole our hearts. Even though it was f-r-e-e-z-i-n-g and super cold with temperatures in the low 30s-40s, it was so worth it to experience an actual winter season in another state. Clik here to view.

Some might've thought it was crazy for visiting the windy city during January but I say, why not? We experience summer weather pretty much all year long in OC (it's in the 70's today) and sometimes it's nice to experience a change of pace.Clik here to view.

If you're with me on this then you definitely need to book your trip to Chicago stat! I can't believe it took me this long to finally go but this timing was perfect and the Mister proposing (details here) made it even more memorable. Many people fall in love with this city and it's no wonder.
