I don't know about you but 2017 flew by super fast! That year was quite a whirlwind for me. There were highs and lows but that seems to happen every year. I know I haven't been blogging or on social media as much lately...ever since my near drowning experience (here), I've kind of taken some time off to heal and be more in the present with loved ones. It's funny how one incident can change your perspective on life sometimes, you know? But that can also open your eyes to the good in things too. And there were many blessings this year that has never happened before! Read more below to see my Best of 2017 moments.
1. Getting engaged in Chicago during winter.
2. Traveling to Iceland for the first time in spring.
4. Escaping to San Francisco for a mini honey moon.
6. Having our families meet for the first time at our Dam Hoi (Vietnamese engagement party).
7. Going to the Bahamas for the little sisteroo's 30th birthday.
8. Moving out for the first time and celebrating our first Christmas as "Mr. & Mrs."
But, seriously though, I want to say a BIG THANK YOU to each of you for joining me on my 2017 adventures. There were a lot of big life changes that happened that year and I'm still learning to adjust to it all. And with that, there'll be more changes coming to this bloggie too! I hope you continue to share the journey and for us to learn from each other. Happy 2018 to each of you! May this year bring you lots of joy, luck, success, good health, and travels.
