Saturday Brunch at Andrei's in Irvine

You know how much we love brunches here at The ATK Team, right? So we're pretty thrilled to be sharing with you that Andrei's Conscious Cuisine & Cocktails in Irvine is now serving brunch from 11AM-2:30PM every Saturday. That's right! The Mister and I recently had a brunch date here and it was so fun to have a day date at one of our local restaurants.

The place known for their delicious California cuisines with a touch of Mediterranean inspiration is now offering sweet and savory brunch dishes created by Executive Chef Porfirio Gomez. They have indoor and outdoor seating here and, since it was such a beautiful day outside, we decided to sit at their patio area.

Whether you're craving for crab benedicts, creme brulee French toast (there's caramelized bananas on it you guys!), salmon breakfast toast (this was delicious, like having a salmon lox bagel with scrambled eggs and egg salad on sourdough bread), or a good ole' Bloody Mary (that's what the Mister got), there's a variety of options here to satisfy your hunger cravings. We didn't get to try the chilaquiles but it comes with sliced flank steak and looked really, really good - definitely have to add that to the list to try next time.

From the minute we entered Andrei's Conscious Cuisine & Cocktails to the moment we left, it was a wonderful experience the entire time. The staff were attentive and very friendly. So if you've been searching for a good local brunch spot on a Saturday, look no further cause here it is. Bon appetit!
