

According to Ted, when you "change your lens, you change your reality."

Here are Ted's tips on how to rewire your brain to create lasting positive changes (taken from his episode):
Write down 3 gratitudes every single day - remind yourself what you're thankful for
Journal daily - this allows you to relive those moments again
Exercise - it shows that your body matters
Meditate - to help you learn to focus and concentrate
Do random acts of kindness - praising and thanking others can show appreciation
By doing these activities daily for 21 days, Ted says it'll start to create ripples of positivity which hopefully leads to a lifestyle change where you'll automatically start doing these things naturally. I just started implementing it this week and looking forward to giving you an update in a couple weeks. Try it out yourself and let me know how it goes!
